- Spread 1 side of each bread slice with 1 teaspoon Butter with Canola Oil.
- Layer 1 slice bread, buttered-side down, with 1 slice cheese, 2 slices bacon, 3 wedges avocado, 2 slices tomato and 1 slice cheese. Top with 1 slice bread, buttered-side up.
- Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Place 2 sandwiches into skillet; cook, turning once, 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.

- In a small bowl, stir together: 1/2 cup mayo, 2 Tbsp sour cream and 2 tsp mustard.
- Focaccia bread, Sauce, Provolone Cheese, Chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, purple onion, avocado, salt & pepper and top it with the second piece of focaccia spread with sauce.
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve. This is a sandwich you'll make again and again. Keep this one in mind when you have company over and you want to impress them but don't have a ton of time to cook :).

- Spread 3 tablespoons butter on 1 side of bread slices. Place bread, butter side down, in a large cast-iron skillet or on an electric griddle over medium-low heat until golden brown, 2-3 minutes; remove. In a small bowl, combine cheddar, Monterey Jack and Gruyere. In another bowl, mix together remaining 3 tablespoons butter, mayonnaise, Manchego cheese and onion powder., To assemble sandwiches, top toasted side of 4 bread slices with sliced Brie; add avocado slices. - Combine 2 tablespoons olive oil and the vinegar. Add the sliced tomatoes and toss gently to coat them. Set aside.
- Slice the avocadoes and sprinkle with the lemon juice to keep them from turning brown. Set aside.
- Heat a griddle or cast iron skillet over medium heat or preheat the broiler to high. Combine the remaining olive oil with the garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the foccacia in half horizontally and brush with the garlic oil mixture. Griddle or broil, oiled sided facing down, until toasted, about 4 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 400°F Cook bacon in the oven on a baking sheet with sides, turning strips over once, 12 minutes, or until crisp. Drain on paper towel.
- Place half the cheddar cheese on half the bread slices. Neatly arrange tomato slices, bacon strips, and avocado slices on top of cheese, then top with remaining cheese slices and bread.
