4 (4 to 6 ounces each) boneless (skinless chicken breasts)
For the Marinade:
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 garlic cloves (peeled and crushed)
1/4 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh ginger root (peeled and grated)
4 medium green onions (chopped)
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Garnish: 2 tablespoons whole fresh cilantro leaves

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • To make the marinade, in a large plastic zip top bag, combine the soy sauce , garlic, vinegar, honey, ginger, onions, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
  • Add the chicken breasts, squeeze any excess air out of the bag and seal tightly. Transfer the bag to the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Remove chicken from the fridge 20 minutes before you're going to start cooking. Prepare a grill or grill pan by coating it with a bit of cooking oil; heat to high.
  • Remove chicken from the marinade. Grill 6 minutes per side, until tender and fully cooked. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve.​

1 package (22 ounces) frozen grilled chicken breast strips
1 medium yellow summer squash, thinly sliced
1 cup julienned carrots
1/3 cup halved fresh snow peas
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 packages (3 ounces each) chicken ramen noodles, broken into small pieces
1-1/3 cups water
1/3 cup white wine or chicken broth
3 tablespoons reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
4 green onions, sliced

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; saute chicken, squash and carrots until chicken is heated through, 6-8 minutes. Add snow peas; cook until vegetables are crisp-tender, 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and contents of one ramen seasoning packet (discard or save second packet for another use); cook and stir 1 minute., Add noodles, water, wine and teriyaki sauce. Bring to a boil; cook, uncovered, until noodles are tender, 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally., Remove from heat; stir in green onions. Serve immediately.

1 cup olive oil
1 cup white grape juice
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup chopped green onions
1/3 cup sesame seeds, toasted

12 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)

Steps:

3 tablespoons rice vinegar

Steps:

  • Bring 4 quarts water to boil over high heat. Meanwhile, whisk garlic, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, hot sauce, brown sugar, and oil in small bowl. Toss chicken with 3 tablespoons garlic mixture in bowl. Puree remaining garlic mixture and peanut butter in blender until smooth.

1/2 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) ramen noodle soup mix, any flavor
1 pkg. (16 oz.) refrigerated pre-cut mixed stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, carrots, green and red peppers, onions, snow peas)
2-1/2 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts

Steps:

  • Combine first 5 ingredients. Pour 1/4 cup dressing mixture over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of breasts with dressing mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining dressing mixture until ready to use.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Insert tip of sharp knife into one short side of each block of Noodles; use to split block horizontally in half to make 2 layers. Brining chicken breasts in a soy sauce and fish sauce marinade flecked with lime adds flavor and helps retain moisture while they are on the grill. Chicken breasts do particularly well when pounded into an even thickness and cooked quickly over a hot fire, which chars the exterior but keeps them juicy inside. But if you or anyone in your clan would prefer dark meat to white, this recipe will also work with boneless, skinless thighs, though you might have to add a minute or so to the cooking time. Or use a combination of breasts and thighs. Serve these with a cucumber salad and grilled eggplant in the heart of summer.

4 (6-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons Asian-style fish sauce
1 (2-inch) piece ginger, peeled and grated
3 garlic cloves, grated
2 limes, as needed
2 tablespoons peanut oil, more for grill
Sesame oil, as needed
Coarsely chopped cilantro, for garnish
Thinly sliced red or green chilies, seeded, for garnish (optional)

Steps:

  • Place chicken breasts between two sheets of parchment or plastic wrap. Using a mallet or rolling pin, pound each to an even thickness of 1/2 inch. Do not make them any thinner or they could dry out.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, ginger and garlic. Grate in zest of 1 lime and squeeze in its juice. Whisk in peanut oil. Place chicken breasts in bowl and turn breasts well to evenly coat with mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours. Remove chicken from fridge while you heat the grill.
  • Light the grill, building a hot fire, or heat your gas grill to high. Once grill is fully heated, brush breasts lightly with peanut oil and place chicken on the grill. Cook until undersides are browned and chicken is about halfway cooked, 3 to 5 minutes. Flip breasts and grill until cooked through, 3 to 5 minutes more.
  • Transfer chicken to a platter. Drizzle with sesame oil; garnish with lime juice and cilantro, and chiles if desired.
