- In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the soy sauce, oil, honey, ginger root, and garlic. Heat in microwave on medium for 1 minute, then stir. Heat again for 30 seconds, watching closely to prevent boiling.
- Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish. Pour soy sauce mixture over, and set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill for medium-high heat. Drain marinade from chicken into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Set aside for basting.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Cook chicken on the prepared grill 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until juices run clear. Baste frequently with remaining marinade. Chicken will turn a beautiful golden brown.

- Place the soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, orange juice, sweet chili sauce, chili-garlic sauce, garlic, and curry powder in a large plastic zipper bag. Seal and knead the bag with your fingers to mix all the ingredients and dissolve the sugar. Place the chicken thighs into the marinade, squeeze out the air from the bag, zip the bag closed, and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-low heat; lightly oil the grate.
- Remove the chicken from the bag, pour the excess marinade into a small saucepan, and bring to a full boil for about 1 minute to sterilize the marinade.

- Mix up the marinade ingredients. Toss in the chicken wings, stir and then let marinate overnight. It's a good idea to reserve some of the marinade (before adding the chicken) and keep it for basting your wings as they come off the grill.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Place your wings on the grill. Remember, there's lots of honey and sugar in this recipe. So, don't let the heat get too high and keep the wings turning.
- After about 15 to 20 minutes your wings should be cooked through, depending on your grill. Remove from grill.

- Make the dressing: Whisk the cherries, 1 tablespoon reserved cherry juice, the soy sauce, peanut butter, vinegar, vegetable oil and sesame oil in a bowl. Set aside.
- Make the chicken: Put the cherries, 3 tablespoons reserved cherry juice, the soy sauce, white wine, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, ginger and garlic in a blender and puree until the cherries and garlic are finely chopped. Pour the marinade into a large resealable plastic bag. Pierce the chicken all over with a fork. Add to the bag with the marinade, seal and refrigerate at least 20 minutes or up to 8 hours. - Place soy, ginger and garlic in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Place chicken in a shallow pan or plastic bag and pour marinade over. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in large saute pan over high heat almost to smoke.
- Saute chicken for 5 minutes lower heat to med and turn over continue until chicken is almost cooked.
- Let the chicken sit and then slice on a bias into 1/2 inch pieces.

- Place onion, garlic, hoisin and vinegar in a blender and blend.
- Slowly add the sesame and olive oil until emulsified.
- Season with S & P.
