2 cups water
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
½ cucumber, diced
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
2 stalks celery
2 ounces baby spinach leaves
lemon, juiced
2 cups ice
1 apple, cored
1 banana

Steps:

  • Blend water, romaine lettuce, cucumber, avocado, celery, spinach, and lemon juice together in a blender on high until smooth, about 30 seconds. Add ice, apple, and banana to blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.

2 cups Baby Spinach
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
3/4 cup chunk pineapple, drained
1 -2 banana
1 cup filtered water

Steps:

  • Layer ingredients in a blender in this pattern: pineapple, 1 handful spinach, yogurt, 1 handful spinach, bananas, 1 handful spinach, water. Blend well and serve over ice.

2 cups vanilla almond, coconut or soy milk
1/2 cup whole oats
1 1/4 cups fresh, frozen or canned peaches, or mango cubes
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup baby spinach, loosely packed
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 bananas

Steps:

  • Place the milk and oats in a blender and blend for 15 seconds on high. Add the peaches, ice, spinach, honey, vanilla and bananas and blend until very smooth, 45 seconds. Serve in glasses.
