BLOODY MARY STEAKS WITH GREEN OLIVE BUTTER

Bloody Mary Steaks with Green Olive Butter image

We love spicy foods and never tire of this quick supper. Keep the grill hot and it's almost foolproof! This dish comes together in the time it takes to toss a salad, pour the wine and ring the dinner bell. Roughly torn pieces of rustic country style bread heated on the grill make a nice accompaniment.

4 teaspoons cracked black pepper
2 teaspoons celery seed

GREEN BAY BLOODY MARY

Green Bay Bloody Mary image

When we opened Bar Sardine in the summer of 2014, we wanted an all-day Bloody Mary on the menu, and call me Dr. Seuss, but I couldn't stop thinking about green green green Bloodys. Tomatillos can be a little fussy with size and consistency, and in the winter, they tend to grow sour after sitting for a day or two. But when they behave, wow. High-five somebody.
