2 cups sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar ( packed)
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup mini marshmallows

Steps:

  • Start by boiling both sugars, butter, and milk in a pot until it reaches 236 degrees then immediately stop.
  • Add in peanut butter and marshmallows and whip until it starts to thicken.
  • Pour into a buttered 8″ x 8″ pan. You could also line with parchment paper to make it even easier to take out if you'd like to.
  • It takes about one to two hours for the fudge to harden completely. Wait until cooled to room temperature and slice into squares.

1/2 cup milk
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • In medium saucepan over low heat bring brown sugar and milk to soft ball stage, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and ***STIR IN**** peanut butter and vanilla. ***DO NOT BEAT OR WHIP AS THIS WILL CAUSE IT TO SET UP BEFORE IT CAN BE SPREAD***
  • Spread in 9x9 pan and cut into pieces while warm. May be eaten as soon as cool enough. Store in airtight container.

1/2 c milk
2 c brown sugar packed
1 c peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • 1. Mix milk and brown sugar in medium saucepan. Set on low heat stirring occasionally. Bring to a soft ball then remove from heat.
  • 2. STIR IN quickly the vanilla and peanut butter. Do NOT WHIP OR BEAT. This sets up very fast so spread in ungreased 9" square cake pan. May cut while it's warm. Serve at your desire.
