- Drain oranges and pineapple, reserving juices. Set oranges and pineapple aside. Add water to juices to measure 2 cups. Place in a saucepan and bring to a boil; pour over gelatin in a large bowl. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in sherbet until smooth. , Chill until partially set (watch carefully). Fold in oranges, pineapple and bananas. Pour into an oiled 6-cup mold. Chill until firm.

When ever I serve this dish I get rave reviews. My grandma used to make this for our holiday meals; it was the only thing that NEVER had leftovers. When most people hear the ingredients. they are often skeptical until they try it. So far it has won over everyone that has tried it. It is so simple to make that you can have it any night. Steps:
- Mix jello powder and whipped cream in bowl until jello is evenly dissolved.
- Add cottage cheese, 1/2 mandarin oranges (1 can), whole can of fruit cocktail, and walnuts stir until well mixed.
- Garnish top with remaining mandarin oranges and a sprinkle of walnuts.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.

- Drain pineapple, reserving juice in a 1-cup measuring cup. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, pears, peaches and grapes. Cover and refrigerate. , Add enough water to pineapple juice to measure 1 cup. Pour into a small saucepan. Whisk in pudding mix. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; set aside to cool to room temperature., Slice bananas into a small bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice; gently toss to coast. Let stand for 5 minutes; drain. Add bananas and cherries to chilled fruit. Add cooled pudding; toss gently to combine. Refrigerate until serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

- 1. Dissolve Jell-o in boiling water, cool slightly. Add pineapple, pie filling and nuts.
- 2. Pour into oblong dish and SET.
- 3. mix cool whip and cream cheese, Spread on top of set jell-o. Top with nuts and or cheese. (I skip the cheese). enjoy. xoxoxoxo
