1 ½ cups white sugar
½ cup butter, softened
3 bananas, mashed
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
⅓ cup sour milk
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x4 inch loaf pan.
Combine sugar, butter, bananas, eggs, flour, baking soda, milk, salt and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl; beat well. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in a preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.

2 ripe bananas, smashed
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for greasing muffin tin)

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350°F Mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla. Add baking soda and and mix. Add the flour and mix. Pour mixture into muffin tin. Bake 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
