- 1/2 bag of [a large bag] of coconut
- almost 1/2 bag choc chips
- 1/4 can coconut milk
- about 1/2 can sweetened milk
- cookie sheet lined with wax paper

Steps:

  • in double boiler melt choc chips. stir in sweetened milk til nice and smoothe. then stir in coconut milk til smooth
  • add the coconut 1 cup at a time. i added 3 cups and it did great. blend well. should b real thick.
  • with wooden spoon drop onto wax paper. i put mine in the fridge to set
  • take out and plate. hope u like these.

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Large pinch kosher salt

Steps:

  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment.
  • Bring the sugar, milk, butter and cocoa to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, then let boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat. Add the oats, peanut butter, vanilla and salt, and stir to combine.
  • Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, and let sit at room temperature until cooled and hardened, about 30 minutes. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups white sugar
½ cup milk
½ cup butter
3 cups quick cooking oats
½ cup crunchy peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Heat cocoa, sugar, milk and butter over medium heat. Boil these verrrrry slowly (they will turn out better) when they reach the boiling point boil them for no longer than 90-120 seconds.
  • Stir together oats, peanut butter and vanilla with a big wooden spoon or Kitchen Aid. Pour the hot mix over the oatmeal mix and drop on wax paper.

- 1 med jar of nutella
- 2cups choc chips
- 1/4 can coconut milk [if u really want to taste more coconut use a lil more of the coconut milk
- 1 large bag [or 2 small] of coconut

Steps:

  • IN DOUBLE BOILER MELT NUTELLA TIL SMOOTH ADD CHOC CHIPS STIRRING AS U DO. MELT THEM INTO THE NUTELLA MIXTURE UNTIL SMOOTH THEN ADD COCONUT MILK AND STIR TIL SMOOTH.
  • ADD COCONUT 1 CUP AT A TIME[PROBLY 3-4 CUPS SHOULD DO IT] UNTIL THICK AND FIRM. SHOULD NOT BE THIN.
  • DROP ONTO COOKIE SHEET LINED WITH WAX PAPER. PLACE IN FRIDGE TO SET FASTER.
  • THEN PLATE. HOPE U LIKE THESE.

- 3 bags of caramel cubes
- 1 large bag coconut
- 1/2 can sweetened con. milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Steps:

  • melt caramel cubes in double boiler til smooth. add milk stir til smooth.
  • add powdered sugar til smooth and add coconut 1 cup at a time maybe 1 1/2 -2 cups a lil more if the mixture will take it. [bags of caramel vary in size]
  • stir til mixture is thick and coconut is covered in caramel mixture. drop by tabspfuls onto cookie sheet lined with wax paper
  • i always place mine in fridge til set. then take out and plate hope u like it

- 1/2-to a lil more of sweetened can milk so choc will be smooth
- 2-3 heaping cups of coconuts if u can and would like more add a lil more
- cookie sheet lined with wax paper

Steps:

  • IN DOUBLE BOILER MELT THE WHITE CHOC CHIPS. ADD SWEETENED MILK WHILE STIRRING TIL SMOOTH. ADD COCONUT MILK WHILE STURRING TIL SMOOTH.
  • ADD COCONUT 1 CUP AT A TIME, TILL THICKENS REAL WELL

- 1 small-med jar of crunchy pb.
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup regular sugar
- 1/4 bag of peanut butter chips
- a few splashes [small ones] of reg milk
- cookie sheet lined with wax paper
- 1- 1 1/2 cup oatmeal[chop it fine like u would parsley]

Steps:

  • now melt peanut butter in microwave[if u stir pb chips in with peanut butter it shouldn't burn] let melt real good and stir.
  • when smooth add the few small dashes/splashes of reg milk stir til smooth. then stir in ur sugars and blend well then add the oatmeal.
  • when oatmeal is totally covered in pb mixture and thick, drop by tabspfuls onto cookie sheet lined with wax paper
  • i place mine in the fridge til set then take out and plate. hope u like theses

- 1 cup powdered sugar

Steps:

  • melt chips in double boiler til smooth. add milk stir til smooth. add vanilla
  • add powdered sugar and coconut 1 cup at a time til thick and coconut is covered in mixture
  • then drop by tabspfuls onto cookie sheet lined with wax paper. then place in fridge for about 30 mins. then take out and plate

- 1 bag of coconut
- 1/3 can coconut milk
- cookie sheet lined with wax paper

Steps:

  • TAKE WRAPERS OFF MINI REESES CUPS AND MELT IN DOUBLE BOILER.
  • WHEN U HAVE THE SMOOTH CONSISTANTSY STIR IN A LIL OF THE COCONUT MILK IT SHOULD NOT B THIN.
  • ADD COCONUT 1 CUP AT A TIME TIL IT THICKEMS AMD IS READY TO BE DROPED ONTO COOKIE SHEET
  • USING A WOODEN SPOON SCOOP UP A HEAPPING SPOONFUL AND DROP ONTO COOKIE SHEET UNTIL U HAVE USED UP ALL THE MIXTURE
  • I ALWAYS PLACE MINE IN THE FRIDGE TO SET FASTER[ABOUT1/2 HOUR] THEN I TAKE IT OUT AND PLATE. HOPE U LIKE IT
