No-bake drop cookies made with oatmeal, cocoa, and Nutella®. The most important step is keeping the rolling boil for at least one full minute.

Steps:
- Combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa in a saucepan over medium heat until they are a smooth liquid. Bring to a rolling boil; continue to boil for at least 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate-hazelnut spread and vanilla extract until dissolved. Return the pot to the still-warm burner, or the lowest setting on gas stove, and add oats. Mix well.
- Leave the pot on the warm burner while you drop cookies by heaping spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let set and serve.

Nutella Slice - attention all Nutella lovers! This no bake slice is a dream come true with a Nutella and biscuit base, topped with more Nutella and chocolate.

- Grease and line a 20 x 20cm (8 x 8") baking tin (see my notes) and set aside.
- Place condensed milk (250g) and butter (100g - cubed) in a large bowl. Place bowl in microwave and melt in 30 second bursts until butter is melted.
- Add Nutella (110g) and mix to combine.
- Add crushed sweet biscuit crumbs (250g) to Nutella mixture and mix until combined.
- Press mixture into tin and smooth the top.

- IN DOUBLE BOILER MELT NUTELLA TIL SMOOTH ADD CHOC CHIPS STIRRING AS U DO. MELT THEM INTO THE NUTELLA MIXTURE UNTIL SMOOTH THEN ADD COCONUT MILK AND STIR TIL SMOOTH.
- ADD COCONUT 1 CUP AT A TIME[PROBLY 3-4 CUPS SHOULD DO IT] UNTIL THICK AND FIRM. SHOULD NOT BE THIN.
- DROP ONTO COOKIE SHEET LINED WITH WAX PAPER. PLACE IN FRIDGE TO SET FASTER.

EASY, NO-BAKE NUTELLA® PIE
I had a graham cracker crust and a jar of Nutella® to use up, and this recipe was born. This pie takes literally 5 minutes to make and is similar to a fluffy chocolate mousse pie, but with a flavor twist. Enjoy!

- Spread 1/4 cup of the hazelnut spread over the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
- Beat remaining hazelnut spread and cream cheese together in a bowl until smooth. Fold whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture; pour into the pie crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate until well chilled, 4 hours to overnight.
