6 tablespoons butter
21 ounces mini marshmallows (divided)
8 1/4 cups Golden Grahams cereal (divided)
3/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips (divided)

Steps:

  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Set aside.
  • In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter most of the way.
  • Add 16 ounces marshmallows, and stir until completely melted.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in 8 cups cereal until combined.
  • Add remaining 5 ounces marshmallows and 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips, and stir to combine.
  • Press cereal into baking dish.1
  • Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cereal and 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips.
  • Let cool to room temperature before cutting and serving.

These Golden Graham S'mores Squares are such a delicious twist on the classic rice krispy treat! They're so chewy and delicious, and you don't even need a campfire to make them.

1/4 cup butter
1 (10.5 oz) bag mini marshmallows, plus 2 cups
7 cups Golden Graham cereal
2 cups milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Spray a 9×9 pan with cooking spray.
  • Over low heat melt butter.
  • Mix in 10.5 oz bag of marshmallows, stirring frequently until melted. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in Golden Graham cereal. Let sit for 2 minutes.
  • Pour in 2 cups extra marshmallows and stir until combined.
  • Pour in milk chips and stir until combined. At this point the mixture will be difficult to stir and the milk chips will melt slightly, but not completely...this is what you want.
  • When chips mixed in pour into prepared pan and press evenly.
  • Let cool at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares.

3/4 cup light corn syrup
3 tablespoons butter
11 1/2 ounces milk chocolate chips (1pkg.)
1 teaspoon vanilla
9 cups Golden Grahams cereal (1 pkg.)
3 cups miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • Grease 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Heat syrup, butter and morsels to boiling stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
  • Pour over cereal in bowl, toss until coated.
  • Fold in marshmallows 1 cup at a time.
  • Press into pan with buttered back of spoon.
  • Let stand 1 hour.
  • Cut into 2 inch squares.
  • Store at room temperature.

8 cups Golden Grahams™ cereal
1 bag (10 oz) miniature marshmallows (5 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips (9 oz)
5 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Grease 13x9-inch pan with butter. Measure cereal into large bowl.
  • Reserve 1 cup of the marshmallows. In 3-quart saucepan, heat remaining 4 1/2 cups marshmallows, the chocolate chips, butter, sugar and water over low heat, stirring occasionally, until completely melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour marshmallow mixture over cereal in bowl; stir until evenly coated. Stir in remaining 1 cup marshmallows.
  • Press firmly in pan. Cool at least 1 hour until firm. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
