Steps:
- Fill 4 champagne glasses 1/4 of the way with the sparkling cider, and then fill them 1/2 of the way with ginger ale. Add a shot of vanilla vodka, and a shot of cinnamon schnapps to each glass and serve.
GOLDEN GLORY PICNIC CAKE
This is the easiest cake ever and it looks like you have spent a lot of time on it!

Steps:
- 1. Bake cake according to package instructions. When done remove from oven and quickly arrnage peackes over the top of the cake.
- 2. Sprinkle with sugar, nutmeg and nuts. Pour melted butter over top, then pour cream on top of that.
- 3. Return to over for 10 minutes until topping is lightly brown. Serve when cooled. EXCELLENT !

This is a simple cocktail originally from the Country Club Casino in Tasmania. A real "girly" drink that's a vibrant red colour when made. Gotta love the "girly" drinks!
