2 cups water
½ cup raw almonds
16 ounces Gevalia® Cold Brew Concentrate - House Blend
1 tablespoon blue agave nectar
1 tray ice cubes
4 cinnamon sticks

Steps:

  • Combine rice, water, and almonds in a blender. Blend mixture until well combined, about 2 minutes. Mixture will be coarse.
  • Strain mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher; discard solids. Stir in cold brew concentrate and blue agave.
  • Serve over ice. Garnish with cinnamon sticks, if desired.

Steps:

  • Heat water in Turkish coffee pot on medium-high heat. Add coffee. (Do not stir.) Let stand 1 min. or until grounds are softened; stir.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low. When foam starts to rise to surface, stir coffee. When bubbles form around edge of pot, reduce heat to low. (Do not let coffee come to boil. If necessary, lift pot off the heat for a few seconds to reduce the temperature slightly.) Stir coffee. Remove from heat.
  • Tap pot gently to settle grounds before serving.

1/4 cup GEVALIA Espresso Roast
2 Tbsp. water
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
3/4 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Spray with cooking spray.
  • Mix coffee grounds and water. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar. Blend in coffee, eggs and vanilla. Add flour and nuts; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 30 to 32 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely. Use foil handles to remove brownies from pan before cutting to serve.

Steps:

  • Add water to coffee grounds in 2-qt. pitcher; stir well. Cover with plastic wrap.
  • Let stand at room temperature 12 hours.
  • Line fine-mesh strainer with coffee filter; place over medium bowl. Slowly pour coffee, in small batches, through filter; let stand until all the coffee is strained. Discard filter and grounds.
  • Pour strained coffee back into pitcher.
  • Refrigerate up to 1 week.

  • Pour boiling water over plate; top with lid of filter. Let stand 15 min.
  • Bring milk just to simmer in saucepan. Remove from heat; beat with whisk until frothy. Add to coffee along with the sugar and cardamom; stir.
