This recipe came off the back of a Wheat Thins box. I love different types of dips..this one is excellent. Recipe has been modified for posting purposes.

1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese spread
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped, divided
1 medium tomatoes, seeded, chopped
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (2 1/4 ounce) can black olives, drained, sliced
Wheat Thins sun-dried tomato and basil crackers

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, and half of the basil until well blended.
  • Put into bottom of 9-inch pie plate; top with tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, olives, and remaining basil.
  • Cover.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Makes 16 servings.

2 units tomatoes
0.5 cups mozzarella cheese
2.25 ounces black olives
1 units tomatoes

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese, garlic powder and half of the basil until well blended.
  • Spread into bottom of a 9-inch pie plate; Top with tomatoes, shredded mozzarella cheese, olives, and remaining basil. Cover.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
2 medium tomatoes, chopped (about 1 cup)
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
2 Tbsp. chopped sun-dried tomatoes
2 tsp. minced garlic

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese and milk until well blended.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Serve with RITZ Crackers, saltine crackers or cut-up fresh vegetables.
