1/3 cup olive oil
Zest of one lime
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from 1-2 limes)
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Pour all ingredients into the jar with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper.
  • Screw the lid on tightly and shake until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

6 tablespoons lime juice (the juice from 3 limes))
6 tablespoons lime zest (the zest from 1 lime)
3/4 cup olive oil
6 cloves of garlic (or 6 teaspoons minced garlic)
1/4 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Get a mason jar and the lid.Grate the zest of the 3 limes and place them into the jar.
  • Juice the 3 limes into the mason jar.
  • Grate the garlic into the jar.
  • Add the olive oil to the mason jar.
  • Add the cumin, salt, and pepper to the jar.
  • Place the lid on the jar and shake until well combined.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in the mason jar.
