1/4 cup HEINZ Yellow Mustard
1/4 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained, rinsed
1 can (15 oz.) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen green beans, thawed

Steps:

  • Mix mustard, vinegar and sugar in large bowl until sugar is dissolved.
  • Add beans; stir. Cover.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

15 oz garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)
1 cup arugula
1 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)
1/2 cucumber (sliced)
1/2 medium red onion (thinly sliced)
1 avocado (sliced)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
optional pomegranate

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients.

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 lime, zested
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
½ tomato, seeded and chopped
½ cucumber, seeded and chopped
¼ red onion, chopped

1 large onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups broccoli florets
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
hot cooked rice

Steps:

  • In a big skillet that has been coated with cooking spray, saute/stir the onion and garlic over medium heat for 5 minutes or until tender.
  • Add in broccoli and mushrooms; cook, covered, 5 minutes.
