Number Of Ingredients 5

4 cups unsweetened apple juice
4 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
4 cups orange juice
2 liters ginger ale, chilled
1 to 2 quarts orange or pineapple sherbet

Steps:

  • In a large punch bowl, combine juices. Stir in ginger ale; top with sherbet. Serve immediately.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 3 oz. package raspberry, orange, lemon, lime or strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1 1/4 cup sugar
3 cups half & half
pinch of salt
2 tb. lemon juice
1 tsp. extract matching your jello flavor, raspberry, orange, lemon, lime, strawberry
OPTIONAL
mix in by hand after using electric mixer: grated orange, lemon or lime peel, a handful of chopped raspberries or strawberries, etc. have fun creating your own combinations.

Steps:

  • 1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Then, add sugar and stir for one minute. Add the rest of the ingredients mixing thoroughly.
  • 2. Cover and place in freezer until frozen 1/2 inch thick. (In my freezer, this takes about 5 hours.) Then, beat thoroughly with an electric mixer and return to the freezer, covered, overnight until set.
  • 3. I used raspberry Jello and raspberry extract. You can make any flavor you wish, orange, lemon, lime, strawberry... just match the extract to the Jello flavor.
  • 4. So smooth and creamy. Scoops beautifully for cones or dishes.

1 small fresh strawberry
2 miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1 slice banana
1 toothpick
2 pink pastel miniature marshmallows
1 scoop raspberry sherbet
2 semisweet chocolate chips
Chocolate syrup, optional

Steps:

  • For piglet's ears, remove the stem from the strawberry; cut strawberry in half and set aside. For snout, press miniature chips into the banana slice. Insert the toothpick into the opposite side of the banana; set aside. For feet, snip slits into each marshmallow for piglet's toes; set aside., Just before serving, place a scoop of sherbet on an individual serving dish; add marshmallow feet. , Insert piglet's strawberry ears and chocolate chips for eyes. Attach the reserved snout. If desired, add a chocolate syrup "puddle".
