12 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 can (6 oz.) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
2 tsp. grated lime zest

Steps:

  • Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Mix crushed cookies and butter; press firmly onto bottom of prepared pan.
  • Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add limeade concentrate, beating until well blended after each addition. Add 2-1/2 cups of the whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Spoon evenly over crust.
  • Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving. Lift dessert from pan, using foil handles before cutting into squares to serve. Top each serving with about 1-1/2 tsp. of the remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle evenly with lime zest. Store leftover dessert in freezer.

1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 cups frozen blueberries, thawed, drained
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and milk in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Gently stir in blueberries and COOL WHIP.
  • Spread into plastic wrap-lined 9x5-inch loaf pan. Freeze 3 hours.
  • Place dessert in refrigerator 1 hour before serving. Invert onto serving plate. Remove pan and plastic wrap.

12 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
12 ounces frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
8 ounces whipped topping
2 teaspoons lime zest

Steps:

  • Line 9 inch square baking pan with foil, with foil extending over the sides.
  • Mix crushed cookies with butter. Press firmly onto the bottom of the lined pan.
  • Beat cream cheese with a mixer until creamy.
  • Gradually add limeade, beating until well blended after each addition.
  • Add 2 1/2 cups of the whipped topping, stir with a whisk until well blended.
  • Spoon mixture evenly over crust.
  • Freeze three hours or until firm.
  • Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
  • Lift dessert from the pan using the foil extending over the sides as handles.
  • Cut into squares to serve.
  • Top each square with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle evenly with the lime peel.

1 cup sliced peeled kiwifruit (about 3 medium)
1 cup water, divided
2 tablespoons sugar, divided
10 wooden pop sticks and 10 freezer pop molds or 10 paper cups (3 ounces each)
1 cup fresh blueberries or frozen unsweetened blueberries
1/2 cup seedless red grapes
1/2 cup red grape juice

Steps:

  • Place kiwi, 1/2 cup water and 1 tablespoon sugar in a food processor; pulse until combined. Pour into molds or paper cups. Top molds or paper cups with foil and insert sticks through foil. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours., Place blueberries and the remaining water and sugar in food processor; pulse until combined. Spoon over kiwi layer.
