These creamy ice pops are quick to make. I like them on the tart side so I don't use too much sugar but feel free to adjust the sweetness level to your liking.

- Combine heavy whipping cream, lemon juice, milk, and sugar in a bowl until well combined. Pour into 4 ice pop molds and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours, or overnight.

FRUITY LEMONADE ICE POPS

Steps:
- In a bowl, mix together the water, lemon juice and agave.
- Place 3-5 blueberries and 1 or 2 kiwi slices in each ice pop mold.
- Gently pour the liquid mixture into each mold. You can reposition the fruit after you've poured in the liquid.
- Freeze 6 hours or until frozen through.
- Serve.

Steps:
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine ½ cup water, sugar and lemon zest.
- Bring to a boil, then decrease heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Set aside to cool.
- Strain syrup through sieve placed over large measuring cup, discarding solids.
- Whisk in lemon juice and remaining 2 cups water.
- Pour into molds and freeze until slushy, then insert sticks and freeze until solid, for at least 4 hours.
- If you are using an ice pop kit, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
FRUIT ICE POPS
Steps:
- Combine blueberry pop ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 5 of the pop molds. Repeat process with strawberry pop ingredients. Place in freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.
RASPBERRY LEMONADE ICE POPS

- In blender, place raspberry lemonade yogurt and frozen raspberries. Cover; blend on medium speed until smooth.
- Divide raspberry mixture evenly among paper cups. Top with vanilla yogurt. Place cups in freezer about 20 minutes or until partially frozen. Insert 1 stick in each cup. Freeze 1 1/2 to 2 hours longer or until completely frozen.
- To eat, peel off paper cups.

FRESH FRUIT AND YOGURT ICE POPS
Simple and wholesome popsicles. My mom used to help us make these when we were kids and I still enjoy them years later. Use honey as an alternate sweetener, and blend the fruit to be either chunky or smooth.

- Place the mixed blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, sliced bananas, yogurt, and sugar into a blender. Cover, and blend until fruit is chunky or smooth, as desired.
- Fill paper cups 3/4 full with fruit mixture. Cover the top of each cup with a strip of aluminum foil. Poke a popsicle stick through the center of the foil on each cup.
- Place the cups in the freezer for at least 5 hours. To serve, remove foil and peel off the paper cup.
