1 tube (16-1/2 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 to 3 kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced
1 to 2 firm bananas, sliced
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup red grape halves
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
Pinch salt

Steps:

  • Pat cookie dough into an ungreased 14-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes or until deep golden brown; cool. , In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit on top. , In a saucepan, bring the sugar, orange juice, water, lemon juice, cornstarch and salt to a boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes or until thickened. Cool; brush over fruit. Chill. Store in refrigerator.

½ cup butter, softened
¾ cup white sugar
1 egg
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
½ cup white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Mix in egg. combine the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Press dough into an ungreased pizza pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla until light. Spread on cooled crust.
  • Arrange desired fruit on top of filling, and chill.

1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (110° to 115°)
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2-3/4 to 3-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
SAUCE:
1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
1 small onion, chopped
3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
TOPPING:
1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage, cooked and drained
1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 medium green pepper, sliced
1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add the oil, salt, sugar and 2 cups flour. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. , Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rest in a warm place for 10 minutes. , Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients; set aside. Divide dough in half. On a floured surface, roll each portion into a 13-in. circle. Transfer to greased 12-in. pizza pans; build up edges slightly. Prick dough thoroughly with a fork. , Bake until lightly browned, 12-15 minutes. Spread sauce over hot crusts to within 2-in. of edges; top with sausage, mushrooms, green pepper and cheese. Bake 20 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
1 pint fresh blueberries
2 bananas, sliced
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
½ cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons water

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
  • Press cookie dough into pizza pan; prick holes in dough with a fork.

GLAZE:
