- In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until fully liquid. If the mixture is too thick to pour, add up to 1/3 cup cold water and blend. Serve immediately with straws.

- Mix coconut milk, evaporated milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together in a bowl or blender until sugar dissolves and mixture is thoroughly combined.

My favorite drink is Brazilian Lemonade, and this is a variation. I used coconut milk for the cream of coconut, and I cut the limes in quarters and throw everything in the blender. Then I strain in the end. It's much less work and just as delicious.
