1 wedge (about 8 ounces) Parmigiano-Reggiano
1 wedge (about 8 ounces) Fontina or Taleggio
1 wedge (about 6 ounces) Gorgonzola
1 tablespoon honey
8 fresh figs, quartered
1 cluster seedless red grapes
1 cluster seedless green grapes
1 cup dates
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup whole shelled walnuts or pecans, toasted
1 loaf ciabatta, sliced

Steps:

  • Arrange the cheeses together on 1 very large platter, or separately on small platters. Drizzle the honey around the Gorgonzola cheese. Arrange some of the fresh and dried fruits, nuts, and bread on the large cheese platter. Arrange the rest of the fruit and nuts on another platter. Serve, allowing guests to compose their own assortment of cheese, fruit, nuts, and bread on their plate.

2 cups each sliced fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup seedless green grapes
6 crisp ladyfingers, crumbled
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
zest of 1 orange, divided
1/2 cup orange juice
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Layer fruit and crumbled ladyfingers in 2-1/2-qt. straight-sided glass bowl.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and half the orange zest in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Gradually beat in orange juice. Stir in COOL WHIP; spread over ladyfingers. Sprinkle with remaining zest.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.

1/2 cup dried banana chips
2 large kiwifruit, peeled, halved and thinly sliced

1 block (8 oz) white Cheddar cheese
1 wedge (8 oz) blue cheese (such as Stilton or Gorgonzola)
1 round (8 oz) Brie cheese
1 large crisp red eating apple, sliced
1 medium pear, sliced
1 pint (2 cups) strawberries, halved
3/4 lb seedless green grapes, cut into small clusters
3/4 lb seedless red grapes, cut into small clusters
1 package (7 oz) dried apricots
1/4 cup dried cherries or sweetened dried cranberries
Fresh rosemary sprigs, if desired

Steps:

  • On large serving platter, arrange cheeses in center. Cover; let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes.
  • Arrange fresh fruit in groups around cheeses. Sprinkle dried apricots and cherries over cheeses and fruit. Tuck rosemary sprigs among fruit.
  • To serve, provide cheese planes for harder cheeses and cheese spreaders for soft cheeses. If desired, serve cheeses and fruit with crackers.
