FRESH FRUIT BARS
Found these on a Canadian cooking site. I love the combination of fruit and oats and wanted to keep this in a safe place for use later.

FRESH FRUIT BARS
Steps:
- Arrange cookie dough slices on cookie sheet with overlapping edges, pressing together to form a roughly rectangular crust. Bake according to package directions--takes a little longer to be done than individual cookies. Beat together cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar. Spread on cooled crust. Arrange peach slices and berries on top. Combine apricot preserves and water; remove any large apricot chunks (may need a little more preserves if there are a lot of chunks). Drizzle over fruit. Chill, then cut into bars.
