8 ounces brie cheese round
40 Carr's® Table Water® crackers or Carr's® whole wheat crackers
1/3 cup apricot spreadable fruit
1/4 cup fonely chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • 1. Cut cheese into 40 pieces each measuring about 1 x 1 x 1/4-inch. Place one piece of cheese on each cracker. Place on baking sheet.2. Top each piece of cheese with slightly rounded 1/4-teaspoonful of spreadable fruit. Bake at 350°F about 2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve immedicately.
