½ cup chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
1 tablespoon chopped jalapeno pepper

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, green bell pepper, lime juice, cilantro, green onions, jalapeno and garlic salt. Mix well and serve.

3/4 cup Vinegar
2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Water
1/4 red pepper flake or 1/8 cayenne
1 tsp ground mustard
1 celery salt
1/8 black pepper

  • cut Tomatos, Green Pepper, Onion to desired size, Salad or salsa Combine all other incredients and bring to a boil for 1 minute Then remove from heat and pour over vegetables and stir Refrigerate overnight then serve
