● 2 cups (12-ounce package) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
● 1 can (14 ounces) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Sweetened Condensed Milk
●1 cup chopped walnuts
●1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Line 8- or 9-inch square baking pan with foil.
  • Combine morsels and sweetened condensed milk in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Warm over lowest possible heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla extract.
  • Spread evenly into prepared baking pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into 48 pieces.

This fudge is wonderful and never grainy. The ingredients are the same as the recipe on the back of the marshmellow cream jar, except this has more chocolate and u don't boil the butter. 18 oz semi sweet chocolate chips( 1 1/2 - 12 oz bags)
1 c butter, softened
1 jar(s) marshmallow cream (5 - 7oz)
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
4 1/2 c granulated sugar
1 can(s) evaporated milk (13 oz)
2 c pecans or nut of ur choice. chopped

Steps:

  • 1. In a large heatproof bowl put chocolate chips, butter, marshmallow cream & vanilla. Set aside. Lightly butter a 9"x13" pan or holiday tins
  • 2. In a 4 quart pot, stir together sugar and evaporated milk. Over medium heat, bring to a rolling boil, carefully tip pan to melt sugar crystals on the side of the pan, scraping sides with a silicone spatula. The unmelted sugar crystals are what cause the fudge to turn grainy so be sure to get them all melted. When mixture starts to boil set times for exactly 8 minutes. Stir constantly while mixture cooks to prevent burning. Pour over the chocolate mixture in the bowl. Stir to incorporate and beat till smooth. Fold in nuts(if desired). Pour into pans or holiday tins for gift giving. Enjoy!

This fudge is easy and delicious! Making this is our Christmas tradition. Also, you can make it ahead and freeze it for up to 3 months!

2 cups white sugar
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup butter
25 marshmallows, quartered
2 cups milk chocolate chips
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Grease 1 - 11x16 inch jelly roll pan. Set aside.
  • Combine sugar, milk, vanilla and butter in large, heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add marshmallows, semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips and unsweetened chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth. Stir in nuts. Mix well.
  • Pour into prepared pans. Let fudge sit at least 24 hours before cutting into squares. Refrigerate for easier cutting.

2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (6 ounce) package milk chocolate chips
16 large marshmallows
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt in a medium sized saucepan. Bring to a boil, cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Add in chocolate chips; cook until melted.
  • Remove from heat; stir in marshmallows, vanilla and nuts. Mix well.
  • Pour into a 8-inch pan. Cool cut into squares.
