1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp lemon
1/2 cup celery, minced (about 2 stalks)
3 tbsp red onion, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dill

Steps:

  • Break imitation crab meat into bite-sized pieces and add to a bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients and gently stir to combine.
