A quick refreshing fruity and lightly floral summer drink.

- In pitcher, stir together all ingredients except sparkling water and ice. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, pour sparkling water into pitcher to fill. Stir gently to mix. Fill glasses with ice; pour mixture over ice. Top with remaining sparkling water.

- To a large pitcher, add the mint leaves, raspberries, strawberries, wine and elderflower liqueur. Stir to combine. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Add ice cubes to chilled wine glasses. Pour the sangria into the glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves and macerated strawberries from the pitcher. Top the sangria off with club soda and serve.

- Mix the wine, rum, liqueur and sugar in a pitcher, stirring to dissolve the sugar, then add the nectarines, plums, and lemon.

Just the thing for summer entertaining! Macerate a quartet of fruits -- pineapple, honeydew, grapes, and kiwi -- with sugar, elderflower liqueur, and vodka or tequila the night before a party, then have your guests add white wine and seltzer to taste on the day of.

- Toss fresh fruits with sugar, vodka, and St-Germain. Cover; refrigerate, tossing occasionally, at least 4 hours and up to 1 day. Fill a glass halfway with frozen fruit, if desired. Add macerated fruits, and top with wine and a splash of seltzer, if desired.
