Incredibly Easy White Chocolate Blueberry Fudge image

I love pairing blueberries and chocolate. This is a variation of a recipe I found a while back on the side of a Bakers' chocolate package.

12 ounces good quality white chocolate
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup coarsely chopped almonds, toasted
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1 tablespoon grated orange peel

Steps:

  • LINE 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan; set aside.
  • Microwave chocolate and milk in large microwavaeble bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  • Add almonds, blueberries and orange peel; stir until well blended.
  • SPREAD chocolate mixture into prepared pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  • LIFT fudge from pan, using foil handles. Cut into 48 pieces. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 3 weeks. (Do not freeze.).
  • Wrap pieces in cellophane and tie with a bow for a cute gift!

1 pkg (8 ounces) softened cream cheese
4 c powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pkg (12 ounces) white chocolate chips
1 c chopped pecans

Steps:

  • 1. Beat cream cheese with a mixer. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla as you continue to mix. Beat until smooth and then set aside. Melt white chocolate chips in microwave. Add to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Chill until firm.

Easy Muddy Buddies® Snickerdoodle White Fudge image

Make white fudge using Chex Mix®--a decadent and super-easy way to make treats.

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 oz white chocolate baking squares (from 4-oz package)
2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
2 cups Chex Mix® Muddy Buddies® Snickerdoodle snack mix, slightly crushed
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
16 oz white vanilla baking chips
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup Chex Mix® Muddy Buddies® Snickerdoodle snack mix, slightly crushed
Red sugar, if desired

Steps:

  • Line 8-inch square pan with foil, leaving foil hanging over 2 sides for easy removal. Grease foil with butter.
  • In medium microwavable bowl, microwave white chocolate and butter uncovered on Medium-High (70%) 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in the 2 cups snack mix that has been crushed, until completely coated; press in pan. Set aside.
  • In 2-quart saucepan, heat condensed milk and vanilla baking chips over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted. Quickly stir in vanilla. Spread over snack mix layer in pan. Sprinkle with the 1/2 cup snack mix that has been crushed. Sprinkle with red sugar. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until set.
  • Remove fudge from pan. Cut into 8 by 8 rows. Store tightly covered up to 2 weeks with waxed paper between layers.

EASY WHITE FUDGE

2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese softened
1 (6-ounce) package white baking chocolate melted
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
dash salt
5 cups powdered sugar unsifted
1 cup pecans chopped

Steps:

  • * A yummy white fudge that you can vary by using nuts such as macadamia nuts, filberts or black walnuts...so easy to make, too. Generously butter an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.In a large mixer bowl at medium speed, beat cream cheese, white chocolate, vanilla and salt until well blended. At low speed, gradually add powdered sugar and beat until well blended and thick. Increase speed to medium and beat for 1 to 2 minutes or until fluffy. At low speed, beat in nuts. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.Cut into 1-inch pieces. Cover and store in the refrigerator up to 10 days.Note: If using black walnuts, use liquid black walnut flavor in place of the vanilla extract.Place in paper bonbon cups in a Christmas tin. Secure lid and attach a fluffy bow.
