This is great. Very quick--can be made in less than 30 minutes (including both prep. and cook time)!

1 (9 ounce) package refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
4 slices bacon
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream (whipping)
black pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Cook tortellini in a large dutch oven according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In same pan as tortellini was cooked, fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels and crumble. Set aside.
  • Reserve 1 1/2 tablespoons of the bacon drippings in the dutch oven. Sautee garlic in hot bacon drippings for 30 seconds.
  • Remove from heat and stir in tortellini, bacon, cheese and whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle with pepper to taste and serve!

1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated three-cheese tortellini
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
3/4 cup CLASSICO Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
2 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan and Romano Cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, cook bacon in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard drippings from skillet. Add sauce and peas to skillet; cook 1 min. on low heat or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add sauce mixture, bacon and cheese; toss to coat.
