Add to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to 1/2 cup cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. I made this to take to a "covered dish" get together last night. It was gone before I could get the last piece. Just allow two hours for it to freeze and keep it frozen right up until you serve it.

- Place heaping spoonfuls of ice cream & sherbet in to the crumb crust. Lightly press and smooth top with the back of a spoon. Freeze for 2 hrs.
- To serve, drizzle fudge topping over each wedge. Garnish with fruit as desired.
- Any sherbet can be used and same goes for the ice cream. It can be made ahead and frozen, will be good for at least one week.
