Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Combine bananas, sugar, egg, and butter together in a bowl. Mix flour and baking soda together in a separate bowl; stir into banana mixture until batter is just mixed. Stir salt into batter. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean, about 1 hour.

EASY BANANA BREAD RECIPE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- In a bowl mix together mashed bananas, mayo and egg. In a separate bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and pecans
- Add flour mixture to wet mixture and stir just until combined. Note: The mixture will be very thick, do not over mix
- Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from pan and allow to cool completely.

NEVER FAIL BANANA BREAD
This is a recipe from my 5th grade teacher. She was a wonderful cook who had to feed a table full of ranch hands everyday. It's so simple and fail proof, I'll never use another recipe.

- Mix sugar and margarine till creamy. Then add eggs and mix well.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour .
- Also makes beautiful muffins (12).

EASY NO FAIL BANANA BREAD
This is the easiest recipe I ever developed for Banana Bread, just mix and bake! The best part is you can eat it as is or top it with my cream cheese frosting!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Butter a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
- 2. Cream the sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- 3. In a small bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Mix in the milk and cinnamon. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- 4. Add the banana mixture to the creamed mixture and stir until combined. Add dry ingredients, mixing just until flour disappears.
- 5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Set aside to cool on a rack for 15 minutes. Remove bread from pan, invert onto rack and cool completely before slicing.
