SUPER-EASY MICROWAVE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
This is a very easy, delicious peanut butter fudge, using only two ingredients. It is very rich though. Always a hit at get-togethers. Hope you enjoy it!

Steps:
- Empty entire jar of peanut butter in a mixing bowl.
- Heat vanilla frosting in its container (make sure you pull off all the foil lining) in microwave for about 60 seconds or until completely melted.
- Pour the melted frosting in the bowl with the peanut butter and mix well.
- Quickly pour the mixture into a 9x13 pan, allow fudge to set, cut into small squares, and enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Using large bowl, combine all ingredients; microwave on high for 3 minutes. After removing from the microwave, stir until smooth. Place in lightly buttered 8" X 8" glass baking dish.
SUPER EASY MICROWAVE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
Steps:
- Microwave butter and peanut butter in microwave safe bowl on high for 2 minutes. Remove and stir. Microwave on high for 2 more minutes.
- Remove and add vanilla and powdered sugar to peanut butter mixture and stir to combine. Mixture will be lumpy at first, just keep stirring and mixing until it looks smooth.
- Pour into a buttered 8x8inch pan lined with wax paper. Place a second sheet of wax paper on top of the fudge and rub your hand over the top to smooth it out. Refrigerate until cool and firm.

- 1. Place sugar,butter, and milk in a large mixing bowl. Cook in the microwave 2 minutes on high.
- 2. Take out, beat ingredients with a hand mixer until combined. Microwave 30 seconds more, then add peanut butter and mix by hand or mixer until combined.
- 3. Spread in a foil or wax paper lined pan. Let cool then cut and enjoy!
