SKILLET BEEF AND MACARONI
I found this simple skillet recipe many years ago on a can label. I made some tweaks, and my family loved it. Because it's so easy to put together, it's a real timesaver for people with super busy schedules. -Maxine Neuhauser, Arcadia, California

Spread over the beef mixture. Mix the remaining 1/2 cup cheese and the breadcrumbs; sprinkle over the pasta mixture and broil until golden. Top with the scallions.
EASY HOMEMADE BEEFY MACARONI
This tastes so much better than any canned or frozen Beef-A-Roni, and it's so easy to make! This recipe makes a lot and I freeze individual portions for quick lunches/dinners down the road. If you don't want such a large quantity, the recipe is easily halved. Oh, and P.S. - as with most recipes of this type, it tastes even better the second day!
