Steps:
- Lightly spray slow cooker with butter or garlic flavored non-stick cooking spray.
- Put onions and potatoes in bottom of slow cooker.
- Top with pork chops, salt and pepper.
- Pour soup over chops.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until tender.
- Serves 4 to 6.

- Sprinkle pork chops with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, brown the pork chops in oil on both sides.
- In a bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and liquid smoke.
- Pour half of the sauce into the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Top with pork chops and remaining sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-1/4 to 5 hours or until meat is tender.

- In a shallow dish, mix flour, dry mustard, garlic powder and seasoned salt.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Dredge chops in flour mixture, then place them in the skillet, and sear both sides.
- Place in chops into crock pot.
- Lay sliced onions over top of chops.
- Mix together the wine, soup and garlic and pour over all.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours, depending on the amount and size of your chops.

- Rub your seasoning into both sides of your pork chops
- Place your seasoned pork chops in the bottom of a lightly greased casserole crock pot or 6-quart crock pot
- Slice your butter into thin pats and place evenly across the tops of your pork chops
- Cover and cook on low for 1.5 to 2 hours or high for 45 minutes to 1 hour (they are done when your meat thermometer shows the center of your pork chop reaches safe internal cooking temperature)
- Serve with cooking juices drizzled over pork chops

- Just add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on low setting at least 6 hours.
- Tip: If you have the time, sear the pork chops to a golden brown crust before adding to the crock pot and deglaze the saute pan with a little wine scraping up the browned bits and add to the crock pot. The browning and juices just enrich this dish if you take the extra step.
