SHRIMP LINGUINE
This Shrimp Linguine a is a delicious & simple meal you can have again and again. Garlicky, buttery, and zesty, this dish is so tasty!

- Begin by adding 1 pound of linguine pasta to a pot of salted boiling water. Cook al dente.
- In the meantime, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter to a large pan. Bring the heat to medium-high.
- Once you hear the butter sizzle, add 6 finely minced garlic cloves. Quickly stir for about 10-15 seconds.
- Pick the heat up to high and add 2 pounds of large raw shrimp that have been peeled and deveined.
- Mix the shrimp around for about 5-6 minutes or until they are fully cooked through. Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
- Then pour in 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice. Stir for about 1 minute.
- Drain your cooked pasta and add it to the pan. Turn the heat off and add 1/4 cup of freshly chopped parsley on top.

SHRIMP LINGUINE
Quick and easy to make, this is a hit for a dinner party or just a quick family dinner. Already cooked salad shrimp works great! I also occasionally substitute chicken for the shrimp for another great flavored dish!

- Cook pasta until al dente according to package directions.
- While linguine is cooking, melt butter or margarine in a large skillet. Add garlic, and saute briefly to release flavor. Add cream; heat just to boiling, stirring frequently. Lower heat, and stir in shrimp, parsley, basil, and thyme. Continue cooking until shrimp are just heated through. Do not overcook shrimp! Remove sauce from heat.
- Drain the pasta, and toss lightly with the sauce. Toss again with cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.

- Add the shrimp to a small bowl and pour the dressing over the shrimp; cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Remove the shrimp from the marinade; set aside reserving the marinade.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat; add shrimp and cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently.
- Using a slotted spoon, remove the shrimp from skillet; cover to keep warm, set aside.
- Add the tomatoes, reserved marinade, cream cheese, red pepper flakes if using and 1 tablespoon of the basil to same skillet; cook and stir 3 minutes until well blended.
- Add the shrimp; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Place the hot fettuccine on a large serving platter; top with shrimp mixture, sprinkle with remaining basil and grate cheese over all.

EASY CREAMY SHRIMP LINGUINE FOR TWO
This is one of my favorite quick and easy meals. I like lots of sauce, but if you don't, then use the larger amount of pasta.

Steps:
- Over high heat, bring a 3 quart saucepan of water to a boil; add one teaspoon salt, then add linguine; return to boil, lower heat to medium high and boil for 11 minutes.
- While pasta is boiling, pour jar of sauce into a medium saucepan, add 1 cup frozen baby shrimp. Simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, until shrimp are hot. Lower heat to barely simmer, stirring frequently, until the pasta is ready.
- Drain pasta, then pour the pasta into the shrimp sauce. Mix until pasta is covered in sauce and shrimp is evenly distributed
- Pour the mixture into serving bowl/plate, sprinkle with fresh parmesan shavings. Serve immediately.
- Recipe may be doubled.
