Steps:
- In a large skillet, brown the sausage and Onions. Drain.
- Add Cream cheese and stir until melted and combined.
- Drain most liquid from the Rotel tomatoes and add with seasonings (to taste).
- Bake in serving dish at 350 F, approx 30 minutes.
- Best served with Fritos Scoops and Corn chips!

- 1. In a saucepan, brown sausage. Cook thoroughly. 2. Cut up cream cheese and add to sausage. 3. Once the cheese is melted, add the can of Rotel (don't drain). 4. Mix together and serve immediately. 5. Serve with tortilla chips. Suggestion: Serve in crockpot so it stays warm and creamy.

This dip was a huge hit at our Superbowl party! We served it on top of chili or with chips. I transferred it to my small, 2 qt crockpot to keep it warm through the game and it fit perfectly.

- Heat a 10-inch cast-iron skillet over medium heat until very hot. Add the sausage and break up into small pieces with a wooden spoon. Cook until no pink pieces remain, about 6 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the cream cheese and break up into smaller pieces. Add the salsa and stir well to combine. Continue to stir until all of the cream cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
- Top with scallions and cilantro and serve right out of the skillet, with tortilla chips on the side.

A warm dip that is easy to make and tastes delicious....goes great for a last minute dip to share with unexpected company! I keep the ingredients on hand. It's so easy to make, I'm embarrased to post it, but it taste so GOOD...I just have to share.

- In a large skillet, cook the sausage, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain., Stir in tomatoes and chilies. Bring to a boil.
