This is not only a flavorful souffle, it is also virtually impossible to fail with it!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 teaspoon butter, softened
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
1 (16.5 ounce) can cream-style corn
4 eggs, separated
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 4-cup souffle dish with butter. Dust dish with flour; tap out excess.
  • Beat cream-style corn, egg yolks, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Beat egg whites with cream of tartar in another bowl with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold a large spoonful of whipped egg whites into corn mixture until incorporated.
  • Fold corn mixture into remaining egg whites. Pour into the prepared souffle dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until souffle is golden brown and center is set, 25 to 30 minutes.

1 can(s) white kernel corn (drained)
1 can(s) cream corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 c sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 box jiffy corn bread mix

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease 9 X 13 glass baking dish. Mix all ingredients and pour into greased dish. Bake for 45 minutes.

1 stick melted margarine
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
1 large egg
1 c light sour cream
1 can(s) whole kernel corn-drained
1 pinch sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2. Spray the bottom and sides of a 2-quart casserole dish with non-stick spray. It's best to use a flatter pan to ensure cooking all the way through.
  • 3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into pan. Place in center of oven. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before dishing up. You'll make this diah on special occasions and for Sunday dinner...
