2 tsp. oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red peppers, snow peas), thawed
1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. honey
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts
4 cups hot cooked instant white rice

Steps:

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 7 min. or until no longer pink.
  • Add vegetables, dressing, soy sauce and honey; mix well. Cook an additional 2 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with peanuts.
  • Serve over the rice.

1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, divided
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1-1/4 cups water
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red peppers, snow peas)
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1/4 cup chopped toasted slivered almonds

Steps:

  • Heat 1 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 min. or until done.
  • Add water, soy sauce, onion and vegetables; stir. Bring to boil.
  • Stir in rice and remaining dressing; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork. Top with nuts.
