EASY CHEESY GARLIC BREAD
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut your French bread loaf lengthwise and place on top of a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl combine softened butter, garlic powder, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Spread evenly on each side of the garlic bread. Top with Colby Jack and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until butter is melted an bubbly. You can also broil the top for 1-2 minutes at the end to give it a more crisp top.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.

- Separate the bun halves, and spread butter onto the cut side of each one. Sprinkle some garlic powder over the butter.

- Mix mayonnaise, cheese, onions and garlic; spread on bread halves, if desired, sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Wrap each half in foil. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or freeze. , Unwrap and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes (20-25 minutes if frozen) or until puffed but not brown. Cut into slices.

- 1. Heat oven to 350. You can use a round or square 8" or 9" pan for this (non-stick is best) Spray pan with oil. Take out biscuits and cut biscuits vertically in 1/2. Roll each half into balls in your hand, set aside.
- 2. Melt butter in sauce pan, add garlic, italian seasoning, s & p. Pour 1/2 into bottom of baking dish. Place biscuit dough in pan, about 1/2-1" apart, giving room to expand while baking. Sprinkle parmesan & romano cheese on each ball. Bake for 25 minutes, or until done.
- 3. 10 minutes before baking is complete,pour remaining seasoned butter mixture over top and add more cheese. Finish baking and serve hot!

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a small pan, heat olive oil on medium-low heat.
- Saute crushed garlic in olive oil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Split each bun in half and brush with olive oil and garlic mix. Top with salt and pepper.
- In a large baking pan, lightly toast the buns in preheated oven, oiled side up, for 3 to 5 minutes and then remove.
- Heat oven to broil.
- Mix together diced tomatoes, onions, basil and olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Evenly distribute mozzarella and shredded Parmesan over each bun half. Place in oven for 5 to 7 minutes till cheese melts and starts to brown. Remove from oven.
- Evenly sprinkle the diced tomato mix over each bun half.
- Top with balsamic glaze or serve with side of marinara for dipping.
