Number Of Ingredients 12

1 can refrigerated biscuit
8 eggs
1 ½ cups milk
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup chives, chopped
1 cup ham, chopped
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
cayenne pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons butter, hot

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Cut each biscuit into 9 pieces. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, pepper, salt, and chives.
  • In a 9x13 inch (23x33 cm) glass baking dish, evenly spread out the biscuit pieces and the ham.
  • Pour the egg mixture over everything.
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
  • To make the Hollandaise combine the egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne in a blender. Gradually add the hot butter until fully mixed.
  • Slice and pour Hollandaise sauce over the bake. Top with chives
  • Enjoy!

A friend sent this to me. It's so easy and tasty. Family loves it. You can use cooked and drained sausage or cooked bacon broken into pieces if you'd like.

5 oz canadian bacon
1/2 onion diced
12 eggs
1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp chives, chopped
1 tube(s) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Steps:

  • 1. Put eggs in bowl and mix well. Stir in onions, Canadian bacon, cheddar and mozzarella cheese and salt & pepper.
  • 2. Spray a 8 x 8 inch pan with Pam. Place the biscuits (usually 8) in the bottom of the pan. Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits. Sprinkle with chives.
  • 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes. Cut into 9 squares.

4 whole eggs
8 egg whites
1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
3/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Whisk first 3 ingredients until blended. Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 10 min. or just until set around edges. (Center will still be soft.)
  • Meanwhile, cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels. Discard drippings from skillet. Add onions to skillet; cook and stir 3 min. Stir in mushrooms; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are browned and tender, stirring occasionally. Crumble bacon. Add to vegetable mixture along with the tomatoes and spinach; mix well. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F. Spoon vegetable mixture over egg layer; top with cheeses.
  • Bake 30 min. or until center is set.
