This is such a great summer pie...light and fluffy and can be made with any flavor pudding to please everybody! I also use a little bit of Cool Whip on top to make extra yummy! DREAM PIE W/OPT. AMARETTO OR KAHLUA

Dream Pie w/opt. Amaretto or Kahlua image

Looking for a good chocolate pie recipe? This could be the one! I was going through my recipes and found this Dream Pie. It is from "Favorite recipes from the Joys of Jello" that was published years ago, probably in the 70s. Some chocolate pies are too rich, too dense or just blah. Try this one! It is smooth, light and luscious. Use a graham cracker crust homemade or store purchased or for the real chocolate fan try a chocolate cookie crust if you want. Instead of vanilla use Amaratto or Kahlua and sprinkle on some toasted almonds which is my change to the original printed recipe.
