DORITOS® CHICKEN CHEESE CASSEROLE
Was given this recipe by a co worker. My husband says: 'You had me at Doritos®!' You can substitute 1 can Ro-Tel® tomatoes for the salsa.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spread crushed chips out into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Stir chicken, 1 cup Mexican cheese blend, salsa, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream together in a bowl. Pour chicken mixture over crushed chips into the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Spread remaining 1 cup cheese over the casserole and bake until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 5 minutes more.

DORITOS CHEDDAR BAKED CHICKEN
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice your chicken into strips. Whisk together the eggs and milk in one bowl. In a second bowl, toss together the shredded cheddar, packet of Mac & Cheese powder, and taco seasoning. Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture. Coat with Cheese Press the chicken into the cheddar mixture to coat one side with the cheese mixture. Flip the chicken to the other side, press until cheese coats the chicken completely. Place cheddar-coated chicken onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
