This drink is actually considered a shooter, meaning don't hold back, guzzle it down. But be careful because of the 151, that is how it is able to catch on fire, hence the name.

Steps:
- Fill a pint glass half full of beer.
- Pour the amaretto into a standard shot glass. Carefully pour the 151 proof rum on top of the amaretto so that it floats.
- Carefully light the shot on fire by touching with open flame. Drop the lit shot into the half full glass of beer and slam.

This is a simple way to make "Dr. Pepper" Jell-O shots. Note that no Dr. Pepper is needed. But this will look and taste like Dr. Pepper.

- 1. In a medium saucepan, bring the root beer to a boil.
- 2. Remove the saucepan from heat.
- 3. Add the black cherry Jell-o and stir until completely disolved.
- 4. Add the spiced and stir until well mixed.
- 5. Pour into 12-14 plastic or paper shot glasses.
- 6. Place in the refrigerator and let set for 2 hours.

- Mix the jello mix with two cups (16 ounces) of boiling water until the powder is fully dissolved and add the cold water, alcohol, and lemon juice.
- Pour mixture into ,individual shot-size (1oz-2oz) plastic or paper cups. ****To make the Jello easier to consume, buy plastic cups that also have lids. Pour the mix into the cup, add the lid, then turn it upside down prior to refrigeration.
- Place shots on a tray in refrigerator (not the freezer). Chill until firm (approximately 2-4 hours). Refrigerate until served.
