3 tablespoons beef bouillon granules*
3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon ground black or white pepper

Steps:

  • Mix all three ingredients in an airtight container and keep in a dry place for up to 6 months.
  • In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoon unsalted butter OR 2 tablespoons meat drippings with 1 cup water, add 2 tablespoons of gravy mix, whisking until smooth. Season with fine sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

1 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground celery

Steps:

  • Mix all of the ingredients together.
  • Heat in a saucepan over medium heat with 1 cup of water or milk.
  • Whisk continuously while bringing to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve.
  • **Makes a thicker gravy, thin it out by adding 1/2 cup more milk or water to the mix.
