- For the wing sauce: Mix the hot sauce, butter, mango habanero sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper and seasoning salt in a bowl. Stir vigorously until completely combined.
- For the wings: Heat canola oil in a deep-fryer to 350 degrees F. Sprinkle the chicken wings with the seasoning salt. Fry the chicken wings in the heated oil until crispy, about 15 minutes.
- Mix the wings in 1 cup of the wing sauce until well coated and serve.
SUGARCANE WINGS WITH CANE ROW BBQ SAUCE AND ROSEMARY RANCH

Steps:
- Heat a charcoal grill for cooking at medium heat.
- Add the wings to a large bowl and toss with the yellow and Creole mustards. Sprinkle with the Cajun seasoning and some salt and pepper and toss to coat.
- Add the sugarcane to the hot grill, then add the wings. Grill wings, covered and turning occasionally, until golden brown and crisp, 15 to 20 minutes. Baste with the BBQ sauce the last few minutes of grilling, then cover the grill and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve garnished with the charred sugarcane and with ranch dressing on the side.
- Blend together the granulated garlic, paprika, salt, cayenne, onion powder, black pepper, sugar, basil, celery seed and oregano in a bowl until combined. Store in an airtight jar for up to 6 months.
- Add the ketchup, vinegar, honey, molasses, cane syrup, garlic powder, hot sauce and salt and pepper to taste to a saucepot, then cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thick, 25 to 30 minutes.

- Mix the South Carolina-style BBQ sauce, butter, Dirty Steve's Original Wing Sauce, brown sugar, BBQ sauce and black pepper in a bowl. Stir vigorously until completely combined.
RANCH WINGS

- Toss the wings with 1 packet dressing mix in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours.
- Whisk the flour, 1 teaspoon pepper and 1 packet dressing mix in a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, 2 tablespoons water and the remaining packet dressing mix. Dredge the wings a few at a time in the seasoned flour, then dip into the egg mixture and return to the flour mixture, turning to coat. Transfer to a rack.
- Heat 1/2 inch vegetable oil in a medium cast-iron skillet over medium heat until a deep-fry thermometer registers 350 degrees F. Fry the wings in batches until crisp and golden brown, 5 to 6 minutes per side. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Whisk the hot sauce and honey in a bowl. Serve with the wings.
