ULTRA LOW-FAT DILL PICKLE DIP
I love chips and dip; but not all of the fat and calories. I whipped this dip up one day, and had to share it. Prep time may be reduced by mincing the pickles and onion in a mini food chopper. Enjoy this with low-fat crackers, chips, or vegetables!

Steps:
- 1. Mix together the cream cheese, pickle juice, garlic, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning until smooth and creamy.
- 2. Mix in the chopped pickles. Refrigerate for an hour before serving. Delicious on crackers, or potato chips. If making chip dip I like to chop the pickles very finely, but for crackers a little bigger chunks is nice.

DILL PICKLE DIP.....YUM!!
This is a fabulous dip for potato chips! A little different than traditional dill dip, but oh so easy to get addicted to! Typically I'll double this recipe for a party, and making it a day or two ahead of time just makes it that much better! Stick with real mayo, light or regular, however, as I once made it with Miracle Whip and it wasn't nearly as good. I hope you enjoy it!

Steps:
- 1. Mix cream cheese until smooth and creamy. For chopped pickle, I shred them on a cheese grater (much easier and quicker!).
- 2. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Add milk to thin out if it's too thick or you can form into a cheese ball and cover with parsley or dillweed.
- 3. Serve with crackers or chips!
