24 hard-boiled large eggs
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Steps:

  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; set whites aside. In a small bowl, mash yolks. Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and onion powder; mix well. Stuff or pipe into egg whites. Refrigerate until serving.

4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
6 slice bacon, cooked and crisp

Steps:

  • 1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; set whites aside. In a small bowl, mash yolks. Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and onion powder; mix well. Stuff or pipe into egg whites. Garnish with pieces of bacon. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

I wanted to try another version of the classic deviled egg, and this one makes your mouth sing. Don't be alarmed if you find yourself back to the kitchen for "just one more" deviled egg. Recipe from Taste of Home 2009 Annual Recipes. Carol Ross in Anchorage Alaska says for extra flair garnish the eggs with a tiny amount of black caviar on top.
