2 (15 ounce) cans cut green beans, drained
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos, drained
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Steps:

  • Place drained green beans in small (1 1/2 quart) casserole dish.
  • Melt together mushrooms soup, cheese, pimentos and mustard.
  • Add drained mushrooms.
  • Pour over green beans.
  • Top with sliced almonds.
  • Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until heated through.

2 cans green beans, drained, 16 oz. each
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1 can french fried onions, divided, 2.8 oz
3 oz. hormel real crumbled bacon or precooked bacon, chopped and divided
1/8 tsp. pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. In medium bowl, stir together beans, soup milk, half of the onions, half of the bacon topping land pepper. Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bacon. Bake 5 minutes more. Makes 6 servings Cooking the Costco Way

1 lb Italian sausage, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
2 cups Minute Rice, prepared as directed
2 cans green beans
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup French's French Fried Onions

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. In a 13x9 spray with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except the onion.
  • Evenly spread into the dish and sprinkle onions on top.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes -- just until it is heated all the way through and cheese is melted.
