1 package (16-1/2 ounces) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
2 cups chocolate-covered peanuts
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup butterscotch ice cream topping

Steps:

  • Press cookie dough into an ungreased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 14-16 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and center is set. Sprinkle with peanuts and marshmallows; drizzle with ice cream topping., Bake 6-8 minutes longer or until marshmallows are puffed. Cool completely and cut into bars.

Don't think I've ever seen anyone crack an egg so fast. Couldn't get to her fast enough. When 1st making these, I used a cake mix. Today I didn't have a mix and...

Number Of Ingredients 12

2 1/4 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c butter, melted
1 c peanut butter
2 large eggs
OOEY GOOEY MIXTURE
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2. Combine dry ingredients and sift into a large mixing bowl; add melted butter, peanut butter, and eggs. Mix until it forms a dough and is somewhat crumbly.
  • 3. Press mixture into a 9X13 pan reserving about 1 1/2 cups of the mixture to be crumbled on top.
  • 4. Melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and butter in a small pot over a low heat. Stir frequently just until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  • 5. Spread chocolate mixture evenly over peanut butter mixture pressed in pan. Crumble reserved 1 1/2 cups dough mixture evenly over chocolate mixture.
  • 6. Bake 27 to 30 minutes. Cool completely. Slice into small squares and serve. For a big treat, serve with a scoop of ice cream. NOTE: very rich, one bite goes a long way ...enjoy

1 package (16 oz) creme-filled peanut butter sandwich cookies
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ yellow cake mix
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 box (4 oz) candy-coated peanut butter pieces
1/2 cup peanut butter chips

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. In food processor, place cookies and melted butter. Cover; process using quick on-and-off motions until coarse damp crumbs form. Reserve 1/2 cup mixture for top. Press remaining crumb mixture in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
  • In large bowl, beat cake mix, peanut butter and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed until well combined. Press mixture over crust in pan. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk. Sprinkle peanut butter pieces, peanut butter chips and remaining crumb mixture evenly over top.
  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until edges are light golden brown and center is set. Cool completely, about 1 hour, before cutting. Cut into 5 rows by 3 rows.
